At Leveler, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our cricket performance tracking app.
Account Information (email, name, profile details), Cricket Data (match logs, training sessions, performance stats), Usage Data (how you interact with the App), and Device Information (basic identifiers for authentication and troubleshooting).
We use your data to provide and maintain the App, calculate your Form Index and statistics, generate personalized AI coaching insights, improve our services, and communicate important updates.
Our AI coaching features process your cricket data to generate insights and recommendations. Your data may be sent to Google Gemini for analysis, but is not used to train their models.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, and secure authentication.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers that help us operate the App (hosting, AI processing), or when required by law to protect our rights.
You can access your personal data, export your data at any time, request correction of inaccurate data, and delete your account and all associated data — all from the Profile screen.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we need to retain it for legal purposes.
Leveler is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
